Meet Our Team

Roger Goedde

CEO/Owner

Roger is the founder and CEO of Bolt Transport, Inc. With over twenty-one years of experience in the transportation industry, fifteen as a sales manager and the past six and a half as an owner, Roger knows what it takes to build a successful logistics business. In the early part of his career as an account executive, Roger understood the value of hard work, integrity, customer service, and character. It was these characteristics that led him to finish in the top 10 in the national sales contest in each of his first two years in the industry, despite being in the country’s smallest market. After early success as an account executive, Roger quickly recognized the importance of building a good team around him. Hiring the right people, empowering them to make critical decisions, and trusting in their discernment has proven to be extremely beneficial to both customer retention and business growth. This same entrustment in his employees is a microcosm of Roger’s trust in the Lord. Roger credits the success of the business to his faith in Jesus Christ and believes that “every good and perfect gift comes from above” (James 1:17). He understands the importance of never forgetting where you came from. He understands what it means to be humble. He understands the significance of never giving up and persevering to the end. And most importantly, Roger understands that where he is today is not based on his own strength, but that of his Heavenly Father.
